Lastwinedown.com will provide free ground shipping on orders, as long as at least " Minimum free shipping deals" are purchased for each offer. If less than "Minimum free shipping deals" are purchased, then normal shipping rates will be applied.

We understand that it may be inconvenient to sign for your package, but under strict laws we are REQUIRED to collect an adult signature ( you are at least 21 years of age) upon delivery. This requirement CANNOT be waived. The shipping carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package, after 3 attempts they will return the package to us. After your first or second attempt you are able to contact the delivery carrier and request to have the item held for pickup at the local station if that is more convenient for you.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. We do require a physical address for all shipments

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As stated in our https://lastwine.com/pages/shipping-info, we require 1-3 business days for the processing of most orders. This does not include shipping time. This is regardless of shipping method, though we do try to prioritize our overnight and 2-day orders.

Please keep in mind that we will do our best to resolve all issues In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in their original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the Lastwinedown.com warehouse, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error. If you see the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine, leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can not take back any empty bottles. If you find any errors regarding vintage and type of wine, please send e-mail to cs@lastwinedown.com right away.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the item’.s value minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

Once your returned product arrives to us, a refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.If you have any further questions regarding our return policy, please email:cs@lastwinedown.com

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at cs@lastwinedown.com If the package has left our facility you will be charged for separate shipping fee including the original shipping charge.

The canceled order does not automatically get a refund because there is a processing delay. Once we cancel the order, pending charges should be refunded automatically within 3-5 business days.

You can write the message in gift box and we will make sure not to show invoice price to customers who is receiving gifts. They will see gift message only and sender name.

Yes you can by choosing hold option at check out, we will hold your order up to 30 days in our temperature controlled warehouse until the weather gets better.

Lastwinedown.com automatically provides insurance for each order placed online. This will protect our customers from any damage or lost packages during transit. You will have the option to deny the insurance, by de- selecting the box labelled shipping insurance, at the checkout process.Please note that this will waive all responsibility from Lastwinedown.com
